the new Beaujolais wine

To drink, and to eat.

No way can you spend a November in France without taking part in a tasting of the new Beaujolais wine.  In the Foyer/café, a soirée for tasting was on the program, including a buffet of cheeses and dried meats.  Tasting the French culture.
