The Côte D’Azur, a must see, even when it’s raining.
No luck for our “little Italians” from the Pisano High School who had signed up for the excursions on the program due to the rain and brisk temperatures. At Torrettes sur Loup, they couldn’t see much through the thick fog, and at the carnival in Nice the masks all bedraggled. But, no matter the weather, with or without an umbrella, a walk is a walk, and in these circumstances an occasion to see a different side of the region. Concerning the carnival, the festivities were still festive despite the lack of blue sky, with the floats and the fantasy, and of course music and colors to compensate.
