Wine and cheese soirée

If there was an essential activity of all the schools of French language learning, it is indeed the wine and cheese soirée. Success is assured.

A country that has more types of cheese than days on the calendar is a particularity that does not go unnoticed by the students. It’s a good raison to let them taste the most well-known cheeses from our regions, even “the cheeses that stink.” After a few sour faces and glasses of wine, you see some skeptics become if not attached to, at least less grossed out by the cheese.
