A French start to the year for the group from Austin College.

There were eighteen students from Austin College under the guidance of their Professor, Laura Spears, who decided to spend their j-term at the Collège International.  They arrived on the fourth January by T.G. V. to stay fifteen days with us.  Certainly a short stay after making such a long trip, but it was enough to discover a bit of the region.  They took advantage of their spare time, after language class, to get to know the French Riviera, and for certain students from their group, they went as far as San Remo, Italy.  Then, they went as a group to Grasse where they were able to create their own perfumes during a visit to the International Museum of Perfume, which just reopened after being closed for several months.

They left Cannes on January seventeenth, but did not directly leave France.  They planned a few day stop in Paris before going home.  Paris, France of course, not Paris, Texas…
