In the college courtyard, the astonishing contrasts.
In January, in the afternoon, in the courtyard, we meet two types of students: the foreigners, some of which already wearing tee shirts, even while they relax at one of the picnic tables, and the French, who at a different table, are still in their down or leather jackets many of which wearing scarves. Is winter not felt in the manner by one group as by the other? Does this different approach reveal a certain resistance to external temperatures? Not a bad intercultural discussion.
