Sometimes leaving the classroom can be a way of continuing the class while using different means and sensations.
Magnificent weather! The photos taken from the top of the Castre Museum will be a cherished souvenir for a long time to come for the small group.
Then the adventure to the supermarket; a quest for fruit tasting. Hmm, the fruits are smaller than in Mexico, but the cherries? Delicious!
The fish are small also, but oddly enough they still have their heads. In the United States the fish do not see their buyers.
The boys in the group are few, but romantic, they bought bouquets for their sweethearts.
Everyone appreciates the help of the native Cannes residents who help them with each query; one man was more than delighted to give a brief tour of the aisles in the market, pointing out what the students must look for. In the end he thanked their teachers for the politeness of the students which reminded him of his adventures in Mexico in his youth.
The quest was successfully completed, bravo everyone! What was left to do was exchanging recipes, their reflections, and souvenirs of course!
